Our church received a gift of money from the estate of Maude Shoemaker , and it was divided into categories for use , of which $ 1500 was to be used for signage . I want to thank you for a job well done . Your crew was timely , professional , and courteous .It was a pleasure getting to know them for the 3 weeks it took to complete the brick work on my house .Their attention to detail was impeccable .I was also pleasantly surprised to see that a new chimney cap was poured out of concrete , eliminating the need for flashing work . That is much appreciated . There were many other special details that your crew took care of . Two things specifically stand out , one I thought your crew did an excellent clean up job , and I also am grateful for the time your crew spent lifting about a dozen large boulders while your heavy lift equipment was still present . Hopefully , we can get together for a golf outing next season .Again , thank you for an excellent and professional job . As I indicated in our phone conversation , the Board of Education has planned to host the dedication ceremony for the Lodi High School building on Sunday October 10 , 1999. I would like to extend a personal invitation to you to be present and to be recognized for your contributions to making this dream a reality . I personally want to " Thank You " for helping make our project , although it was not without its challenges , one that was enjoyable because of being able to meet and work with a quality individual like yourself . Bill Crowley and Ed Lord also helped make the project move smoothly on the job site and I enjoyed working with both of them . They too are wonderful people and I appreciated all the time and effort each of them gave to making this both a quality project and a reality for the kids of our community .

At their regularly scheduled meeting on November 8 , 1999 , Bob Scott informed the Oregon School Board that the new sign at Oregon High School is complete . Your donation together with those of other individuals and organizations makes it possible for us to continue to build simple decent homes for the low - income families in our community who need them . Over 100 families are now living in homes built by Habitat in Dane County . Because of supporters like you , we provided homeownership for 16 new families in 2006. Nothing is more important to the security and healthy development of a young child than having a stable home . The need is great and , unfortunately , we turn away many more families than we can serve . Habitat for Humanity of Dane County works very hard to use your gifts wisely and efficiently . In the past several years we have significantly increased production capacity through the use of in - kind contributions and the use of committed volunteers in all aspects of our organization .
